Prep and assist for Security Reviews initiated by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)

Go over email talking points from DCSA.

This includes a few meetings to go over expectations that DCSA has.

If needed, updated copies of all policies, procedures and education material will be provided again.

If the Industrial Security Representative allows, we can be either in person, teams, or a phone call, for the review to assist.
Act as the alternate account manager in NISS and DISS/NBIS.

Will maintain compliance in government portals.
NISS Maintenance

Includes but not limited to, Change Condition Packages, Profile updates, DD254 upkeep, etc.
DISS/NBIS Maintenance

Includes but not limited to, Foreign Travel Reporting, Reinvestigations, Visit Requests, Initiating clearances, terminations, etc.

Access and monitoring SWFT for fingerprinting.
NISPOM full compliance Security Education

Annual Refresher- Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, Cybersecurity, etc.

Initial Briefing.
-
Special Briefings (if applicable)-NATO, CWNDI, OPSEC, etc.
Facility Clearance and Personnel Clearance Troubleshooting.

Address any questions or issues that come about regarding the Facility Clearance or Personnel Clearances.
FOCI Assistance

Assistance with creating/creating FOCI related education.

Depending on mitigations assigned by the FOCI Mitigation Office, will assist in creating:
